London Bridge station is full of wonderful modern architecture like this. Lighting of the tunnels and stairways is very soft with indirect surface illumination to contrast the hard steel and concrete materials as you can see along the walls here.
Compare this with the more curvaceous stairway going up at Canary Wharf station.
